Yes, at AVA RIDER, you can cancel your reservation according to the conditions specified at the time of confirmation.

We do our best to offer you flexibility, especially in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Depending on your booking, you may:

• cancel with a 25% deduction from the rental amount up to 48 hours before departure,
• cancel with a 50% deduction from the rental amount between 48 hours before departure and the scheduled departure date/time,
• after the scheduled departure date/time, the rental is no longer refundable,
• postpone your rental to another date,
• receive a credit or a refund under certain conditions.

We recommend checking the conditions specified when you made your reservation or contacting our team to find the most suitable solution.

To rent and ride a 125cc motorcycle or scooter with AVA RIDER, you must hold one of the following licenses:

• A1 license: allows you to ride light motorcycles (up to 125cc) from age 20
• A2 or A license: also allows you to ride a 125cc from age 20

These rules apply in France and make it easy to access 125cc scooter rentals for commuting or leisure. If your driving licence was issued outside Europe, you must present an IDP (International Driving Permit) with category A checked.

With AVA RIDER, renting a 125cc scooter is simple, accessible, and compliant with French regulations.
